If a patient has had a procedure eg: I&D somewhere else and than comes to our office during regular hours or during our urgent care hours as a NEW patient. Can we charge an office visit and re-packing. (pt has never seen us before).Thanks
Is there a modifier we can use to get paid? Thanks
