58925 ... Is this abdominal or laparoscope?

I am finding online that this is laparoscope but per another biller this is abdominal...

Not knowing 100% is making it where we are not able to bill the codes!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

Open procedure: excision means to cut out. Your laparoscopy procedures in this section are 58660-58679. Look to op note to find the technique and then the appropriate code.
