bundling 64405 by united healthcare

We received a denial from united healthcare on a patient that 99213, 64405 and J1020 was used. The insurance company told me to use a alternative code as they do not pay for this code. Does anyone know of a alternative code I could use to get the 64405 part of this claim paid.
