trigger point injections

Hi all

My questions comes to a PCP billing for a trigger point injection, I used to bill 96372 99214 j3420 and I got paid fine up to July, now insurance companies are paying me only the 96372 and denied the other codes stating bundling of services please advise if there is a new way to bill the trigger point injections

re: trigger point injections

20552
INJECTION(S); SINGLE OR MULTIPLE TRIGGER POINT(S), 1 OR 2 MUSCLE(S)
20553
INJECTION(S); SINGLE OR MULTIPLE TRIGGER POINT(S), 3 OR MORE MUSCLE(S)

Not a new way.

re: trigger point injections

Thanks for your quick answer, however I have another question. Those codes are additions to the the 99214 and the J0340 codes, furthermore does the code need to have a modifier when it is used with 99214 ?
