Proper modifier for treat localized retina and OCT on same day
An OCT was done before the treatment of localized retina on the same day - what modifier should have been applied to this claim? I've used 67210 w/ mod 25. The claim was rejected for use of modifier 25. The OCT was paid but not for 67210.

Modifier 25 can only go on an E/M code, not a procedure code. If code 67210 was billed with 92134 the modifier 59 may be necessary on code 92134

25 is appended to E&M codes, not procedures.
