Optical coherence tomography during cardiac catheterization

Hi,
Has anyone billed for this procedure 'Optical coherence tomography' during cardiac catheterization? If so, can you tell me the correct CPT® to use please? I am thinking it will have to be 93799 (unlised cardiovascular service) and if that is the case can you educate me on how to assign a price on the service and RVUs.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
