Cerumen removal

Pt came in and provider used hydrogen proxide and water mixture with curette to remove impacted cerumen. Curette was causing too much discomfort for pt so it was stopped. Do I use code 69210 with 52 modifier?

If most of the flushing was performed, no modifier needed.
