Laparoscopic Fundoplasty

Does the code 43280 include repair of the hiatal hernia. Have 2 different articles, one indicating to use 43280 for both, as the repair would be incidental. Another article indicates to use 43281.

43280 is just the lap Nissen procedure. It does NOT include the repair of the hernia. 43281 is the fundoplasty with hernia repair w/out mesh and 43282 is w/ mesh.
