80102

If a drug screen(qualitative) is not performed. Does 80102 have to be used to do a quantitative test(confirmation).

In other words, to bill for confirmation where a screen is not performed one is not allowed to use 80102 but only the CPT® codes for the analytes quantitated?

Can someone please clarify?
