Medicare and Pap Smear

Ok...I am getting mixed information about Medicare and pap smear...

Can a Medicare patient getting a pap smear and breast exam every 12 months or is it every 24 months when last years results are normal???

Also, exactly which codes would I use???

Iuse Q0091 for pap with diag V76.2. Annually if high risk or childbearing age with abnormal pap in past 3 years. All others 24 months.
Screening pelvic exam G0101 with V76.2 same frequency.
