Orthopedic coding

My physician documented in the operative note he performed a laminectomy and and foraminotomy but does not mention a facetectomy being performed in the lumbar area. What CPT® code is the best for me to use 63047- even though the code states laminectomy, facetectomy and foraminotomy or would i code only 63030 even though he did not do a disectomy?
