Neck dissection code help needed for ENT specialist

My physician in an ENT and he did an anterior dissection approach for another Dr. who was removing cervical osteophytes(CPT® 22220). He went in lateral to the larynx, medial to the carotid artery. There was no lymph node removal. We are unsure how to code for this procedure.
