Tracheal Stoma Balloon Dilation

How would you code a tracheal stoma dilation when using a balloon to dilate. It is put thru stoma extrnally and the balloon is inflated. Suggestions? If unlisted ,what would be the closest clode we could use for the carriers that will not accept unlisted codes?
