CPT® 78452

This procedure was done in an office setting and the payer (GHI) denied the claim saying that it cannot be done in an office. Has anyone experienced this same situation with GHI or another carrier? GHI says "inappropriate place of service". My Dr. is getting very frustrated because as a Nuclear Specialist she says the place of service is correct. Please help!!
