There isn't a J code for the PPD. You use 86580.

I am not aware of the J code. If you are referring to the Skin Test for Tuberculosis look at 86580. For the vaccine look at 90585 and you can also bill the admin code look at 90471. Not sure this will help as they are not J Codes.
