TC and PC billing

If a PCP is performing ultrasound exams in his office and has an outside Radiologist interpret the exam than I know that he must split bill the TC and PC component. Under the PC portion the NPI number and address and amount paid to radiologist must be included to be in compliance with the medicare anti-mark up rule. The doctors are unable to do this because they would have to update there computers to do this. Is there an easier way?
