I'm new to this speciality and need assistance with coding it. My procedure codes are 43239 45380 45385 and my dx codes are 789.06 789.04 787.91 787.1 how should I code this?

Did the patient have polyps and did you use snare technique and cold forceps to remove. What kind of polyps?
