How do you code a history of adenomatous polyps, Z86.010 or Z85.038.

Z86.010 shud be the answer as if history is given then we shud consider it as personal not as family history unless it is decribed

My question was should it be coded a hisory of colon polyps or a history of colon cancer since polyps are pre-cancerous.
