What is the reason your are doing the debridement? What is the dx that is stated in the op note?

this is for knee the patient had knee surgery on 7/24/15 and then this for the knee on 8/25/15

was there a post operative infection? Necrotizing fasciitis? What reason or what did they find to be the reason for the return for debridement?

yes I think it was a post op infection debridement . I am not looking at the op-note because is not yet done but it has to be since th date of the surgery was a month prior.
