If the dr has documented only Chest wall skin CA, what is the appropriate ICD code. I am thinking of 239.2. Appreciate your help.

Cancer is another term for malignant neoplasm. I would use 195.1

Chest wall skin CA is coded with codes from 11600 series. This is suggested by members in other forum discussions. The medical coders must have a great look up into ICD-10 coding system, because there are lot of changes in outdated medical terms as in ICD-9.
