I have a physician that met with a Workers Comp Case Manger (who is an RN) for 30 minutes. I do not see any appropriate code to bill Workers Comp for the physician's Time. Is 94999 my only option?

I would suggest in the future that you negotiate payment with the Worker's Comp group ahead of time. I think this going to be hard to get paid.

The Care Plan Oversight codes don't fit.

I don't have a CPT® book with me (traveling--shouldn't a Sheraton have one available??). There may be some case conference codes, but I doubt they will be paid.
