aortic endarterectomy
Looking for a CPT® code. My MD did 1 today along with and Aortic Valve. Not sure if that is include in Aortic vavle replacement or not. Any help would wonderful. thank you

Aortic endarterectomy is considered a separate service, although it does not have a
specific CPT® code and must be billed with unlisted procedure 33999. as usual, payment would be by payer policy.Llinked diagnosis code, 440.0.
