Quick Question about media player

To Whomever It May Concern,

I have several of your courses and they will not play with the type pf media player that I have installed, I have tried Adobe Flash Player, Microsoft silverlight and adjusting proxy settings to make sure that the content was not blocked. Can you please advise?
