Closed reduction nasal fracture-bilateral

When coding for a closed reduction of bilateral nasal bone fractures with dorsal nasal splint, do I use 21320 x 2 with modifier 50 on 2nd procedure?

Modifier 50 is not allowed on 21320. This can only billed once.
