ekg denials from UHC

performed in a facility setting this code when accompanied by a facility place of service is not eligible for reimbursement to the physician.
This does not make any sense to me. Physician is not going to get paid for EKG's with location 21 or 22 at the hospital, code 93000. Could this be something new for 2011?

The technical portion is billed by hospital--93005
The professional component code 93010 is billed by physician. Code 93000 is only billed in office setting when the physician owns the equipment and employs the staff.
