Pft

Pt came in for COPD follow up. So, doc go over his medical problem & did a PFT to check his breathing. I got denied for the 99214 stating service is bundled. Do I have to append mod 25 for 99214 everytime we do PFT in the office or we can't bill both unless doc address some other medical prob? Thanks!

I code for 3 pulmonary offices. A modifier 25 is needed on the OV when a pft is performed as well.
