Renal scan-Mag3

Would the following report support 78708 or 78709?

Patient was injected with 10 millicuries of tecnetium MAG-3 intravenously.

Findings: Flow studies were then obtained over the kidneys. There is prompt visualization of the left as well as right kiden. Renogram shows symmetric enhancement of the kidneys both on the left as well as the right, the left slightly less than the right. The peak time for peak activity on the left is 4 minutes and the right is 5 minutes.

At 16 minutes 40 milligrams of IV Lasix was given. There is prompt emptying of the left kidney with some delayed emptying on the right. This would suggest a right ureteropelvic junction obstruction. The SPECT images show increased activity within right kidney predominantly within the renal pelvocalyceal collecting system. This again is consistent with the partial UPJ obstruction and /or stricture on the patient's right.
Impression: Right UPJ obstruction, right
