CPT® code I+D vaginal mucosa abscess

Hi, What CPT® code is appropriate for I+D vaginal mucosa abscess (w/ packing)? No incision into pelvis was made. I'm coming up w/ 57000 but don't think this is correct. I'm not comfortable w/ 10061 either as this is for skin. Thanks,
