Foster Parent Exams

Does anyone out there do foster parent exams? I am trying to figure out how to code them. We do foster kid exams...and they are usually very detailed so they can be coded as a preventive medicine code. But the foster parent exams are not that detailed. I am just wondering how to code these..(CPT code). Thanks
