Do you mean wound catheter? What CPT code did you use for the primary procedure?

No I meant word catheter. It clearly states placement of word catheter after incision and drainage of Bartholin's cyst.

Oh and procedure codes used are 99218 with 25 modifier and a 56420. However I am not sure if that includes the placement of the word catheter.

The I&D for Bartholin's Cyst 56420 includes the placement of a Word Catheter. The supplying of a Word Catheter can be coded a 99070. All as per the 2009 ACOG "Components of Correct Proceedural Coding".
