Psychiatrist that performs physicals during same session

What codes do we use to bill for physical as well as psychiatric eval?
We usually bill a 99205 or a 90791 for the evaluation.

Consider billing 90792 - Psychiatric diagnostic evaluation with medical services. This code includes a complete medical and psychiatric history, a mental status exam, ordering Labs and other studies needed to establish a tentative diagnosis.

Keep in mind per AMA, you cannot report 90791 or 90792 in conjunction with 99201-99337, 99341-99350, 99366-99368, 99401-99444, 0368T, 0369T, 0370T, 0371T).
