Polyethylene exchange - need code 27310?

Pt had infected total knee.
procedure description: washout irrigation polyethylene exchange

total knee replacement 10 days ago
sterile aspirate was taken sent for stat gram stain. Incision over previous site sutures removed superficial portion of joint cleaned w/ currett and rongeur and 8 liters of saline after taking tissue cultures for frozen section pathologist called indicated infected
joint paramedial arthrotomyu polyethylene exchange was done. Paramedial arthrotomy was opened. The poly liner removed knee was irrigated fresh poly placed arthrotomy was closed.

would this be coded as 27310?

I believe the correct code would be 27486 with 996.66 followed by appropriate v43.xx and Ecode.

27486 is with or without allograft; 1 COMPONENT. (That is key)
