Flu vaccine

What code are you using for Medicare this season? I was under the impression it was still the Q codes but saw something yesterday saying to use 90654.

I'm using Q2037 with G0008 as the admin code. I've not had any problems getting them paid.

Thanks. I am using Q2036 but they are put on a log and sent in at one time for rural health clinics.

As of 1/1/2011 Use the following codes: Remember they are drug specific.
Q2035 Dr. is injecting (Afluria)
Q2036 Dr. is Injecting (Flulaval)
Q2037 Dr. is Injecting (Fluvirun)
Q2038 Dr is Injecting (Fluzone)
Q2039 is for Injection (Not Otherwise Specified)
with Diagnostic code V04.81
