11100 Global help

According to the CPT® book the 11100-11101 hold NO "global period". If a patient comes back in 8ish days to have the sutures removed and discuss the diagnosis. Does that mean the doctor can charge a visit. Or would it be still be a followup no charge visit? Thank you.
