Billing Sequence of CPTs

Hello,

How to take the billing sequence when the add-on service price is more than the primary service?

For example: Primary CPT® 94726 fee $84.25 is less than the add-on code 94729 fee $87.66..

So, got doubt on billing sequence of these services as the primary service is billed first normally.

Please advise.
