Triplet Delivery 19 weeks 6 days and 22 hours

I have a coding dilemma!!! A patient of ours delivered triplets originally this was a self-pay pregnancy (patient did not have maternity insurance), but since the delivery ended without zero live birth, her insurance does provide coverage for this type of situation.

My question is: How should I bill for this type of service? Would this be a delivery charge or is there another code that can be used. I do realize that this would not be a global delivery charge. The patient has BCBS of Louisiana.
