CCI edits anesthesia bundled into ortho procedures

I do the billing for multiple specialities who are employed by the local hospital. We bill under the hospital's TIN. We are receiving denials for code 00140 for the anesthesia practice who are providing services for the orthopedic surgeons. Is anyone else experiencing this and what suggestions do you have for us?
