I am new at coding and I have a question regarding how I would code this:

25 week pregnancy with internal hemorrhoids; home undelivered.

This is my guess: 646.83, 455.0 Is there a code for "home delivered" or is it ignored?
If anyone can help me out that would be great!

Did you mean to say delivered at home, or sent home undelivered? If the former, was your provider attending? MD, CNM, lay midwife?
