attempted suicide by eating glass

Hi forum members!
I am billing for inpatient mental health. The facesheet lists attempted suicide by eating glass.
My question is simple, but I am stumped on the coding for this. I know I have to use V62.84 Suicidal ideation, but would a 933 foreign body code be used in addition to 300.89 (Self injurious behavior) and E958 (Suicide and self-inflicted injury by other and unspecified means)?
