Modifiers can be used to bill Q0091

i need to bill a claim to aetna with an office visit with CPT® Q0091. we billed another claim with GA modifier and it got denied. can i have a suggetion?

These are Medicare codes. Maybe they want 88141-88174. I'm not sure which you are doing.
