Repair of Laceration of vastus lateralis muscle.

I have a patient who sustained injury to his leg with a circular saw. I need some guidance with the following procedures:
1.Repair lateral meniscus LACERATION.
2.Repair knee traumatic arthrotomy. ( believe this is an open wound to the joint)
3.Repair vastus lateralis muscle LACERATION.
4.Repair quadriceps tendon LACERATION.
5.Repair Iliotibial band LACERATION.

Can I use the same codes for "laceration" as I do for "tear", ie: 27403 menisucs REPAIR.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
