EGD w/biliary drainage

Any way to charge for an EGD with biliary drainage? The Kinevac was adminstered IV, and the bile was aspirated. Physician also did duodenal biopsies, so he will get paid for the 43239. Didn't know if this would be considered collection of specimen, even though it wasn't done by brushing or washing.
