Anesthesia Billing CRNA

I need someone to contact me regarding the supervision and billing for CRNAs. We are fairly new group and I need some guidance regarding medical direction. CRNAs state that that physician does not have to perform pre-operative anesthesia assessment. That is not my impression. Please advise.
