ICD-10 Training

I cannot access the ICD-10 training videos, can anyone help me on which player is used so the IT dept. where I work can download it for me. Any information would be helpful. Thank you.

Hello. There is no "player" to download. It's a function of the browser and the browser plugin to determine playback. We use "vimeo.com" to host our videos. They serve our videos in Flash and HTML5, depending on the device you're using.

A couple questions to consider while troubleshooting:

1) Is the problem just on one computer - have you tried from another (outside work) computer or tablet device?
2) If you go to www.vimeo.com, can you view ANY videos at all?
3) Can you view YouTube.com videos?
4) If the answer to no. 1 is yes, and the answer to no. 2 and 3 are no, then your IT department is most likely blocking streaming video content and they will have to whitelist "vimeo.com" and "vimeocdn.com".

There are several other technical settings that could be at issue here too. The type of browser, the browser settings, conflicting plugins are all possibilities.
