RE: EMG/NCV studies

As of 10-1-12 our EMG/NCV claims have also been denied by medicare. In September I billed 95861 x1 95900 59 x2 and 95904 59 x2 and got paid with no problems. Now since October 1st I have tried billing with 95860 x1 95900 59 x2
and 95904 59 x2 and only getting payment on the 95860 code and getting a CO-B15 denial on the other codes. So I tried billing with one of the new codes 95885 or 95886 depending on how many nerves were tested and now I'm getting denials on all 3 codes with a CO-B15. Is anybody out there getting payment on EMG/NCVs anymore or do we just do part of the study and have the patient come back to finish it?
