What are DX codes?

All of a sudden a lot of our exercises ask for the ICD=9 DX codes. Up untill a couple of weeks ago, I never heard of a DX code. What are they and where do I find them?

it may be a short for Dx=diagnosis usually noted as PDx=primary SDx=Secondary
