Colon Surgery

Can anyone tell me how they would bill if the surgeon removed the left colon and came back on a later date and anastomosed them? I know this is kind a brief, but wanted to make sure I am on the same page and anyone else.

I have used 44143 most often, but depending on exactly what the doc did you may be able to use 44141.
