Pharmacist Home Visit Billing

Can any body help me out whether a Pharmacist can bill Home visit services (CPT® 99341 - CPT® 99350) as per CMS guidelines.

If so what is the reimbursement guidelines and please share the link of reference.

No, E/M services are not within a pharmacist's scope of practice. You can confirm this with your state pharmacy board.
