99386 with 76830 same day

Hi,

I have a question to ask with you.

Physical exam with US procedure same physician done on same day during same session, i thought its billable along with Modifier-25 for Physical exam procedure. How to differ reimbursement from
Medicare and Commercial.

Are you coding the TVUS for a problem/complaint? It would not be justified as part of a routine "wellness" exam.
