incised and removed from eyelid

I did not give you all the info previously. We are trying to code an procedure done by the physician in our office. Doctor documented it as incised and removed from lower eyelid. Lesion was excised using a 22 gauge needle. Approximately 0.01cc of material was expressed. What would be the correct CPT® code to use? Doctor is using icd-9 373.11.
